Like most mothers, I have always been deeply mindful of what goes on my children’s plates. Over time, this mindfulness grew into a genuine passion for clean, wholesome food — food that is not just tasty, but truly nourishing and trustworthy.

A few years ago, while reading ingredient labels on everyday condiments like ketchup, I was taken aback by how many artificial additives, preservatives, and excess sugar had quietly become a part of foods our children consume so casually. That did not sit right with me. I wanted my children to enjoy their favorite foods, but I also wanted those foods to be simple, natural, and made with care.

So I went back to my kitchen — the place where my passion naturally comes alive. I began experimenting with real, wholesome ingredients to create a ketchup that I felt confident serving at home. Free from unnecessary additives and full of honest flavor, it was made purely out of love for my family. Soon after, I also revived another traditional favorite close to my heart: thandai, prepared using authentic recipes passed down through generations.

For me, this was never about building a business. It was about making good, clean food for my loved ones — something I continue to focus on even today. My role has always remained the same: crafting recipes, perfecting flavors, and ensuring that everything we make stays true to the values of homemade goodness.

The turning point came with my son, Adirath. He saw something beyond what I did — that these recipes had the potential to reach many more families who were looking for clean and trustworthy food options. Where I saw a mother’s passion, he saw an opportunity to build something meaningful.

With his vision and determination, Adirath took the lead in shaping this into a business. He manages everything beyond the kitchen — bringing the products to people, building relationships, and handling the sales and operations that allow our work to grow.

As we began this journey together, we also became more intentional about the kind of business we wanted to build. Rooted in the same values that shaped our recipes, we are committed to keeping this a low-carbon, responsible venture. From thoughtfully sourcing ingredients to maintaining small-batch processes, we aim to minimize our environmental footprint while staying true to authenticity.

Beyond our products, we also see this as an opportunity to create a positive impact in our community. By encouraging more mindful food choices and raising awareness about clean, honest eating, we hope to help families reconnect with what truly nourishes them.

Together, this has become a perfect balance — where one of us stays rooted in the kitchen, focused on purity and taste, while the other ensures that this effort reaches homes beyond our own.

Today, our clean ketchup and thandai represent more than just products. They represent a shared journey — a blend of passion and purpose. A promise to keep food honest, ingredients simple, and quality uncompromised.

What started as a mother’s passion in her own kitchen is now reaching many families, thanks to a son who believed in its potential. While this journey has already been incredibly meaningful, we are only just getting started — there is so much more yet to come.

The turning point came because of my elder son, Adirath. He saw something I hadn’t yet recognized myself — that what I was making in my kitchen had the potential to help many families who were also looking for clean, trustworthy food. He encouraged me to believe in my talent and helped me transform these recipes into a real business. With his support and vision, what started as a mother’s concern for her children slowly grew into a brand with a purpose.

Today, our clean ketchup and thandai represent more than just products. They represent a promise — to bring back the honesty of homemade food, to keep ingredients simple and natural, and to give families the confidence that what they are serving is truly nourishing.

What began at our dining table is now reaching many others, and that is the most rewarding part of this journey. And while this journey has already been incredibly meaningful, we are only just getting started — there is so much more yet to come.
